Roasted Clove Food Co. started as VHP catering in Portland, Texas in 2013 as the catering arm of the Venetian Hot Plate Restaurant in Port Aransas founded by Chef Mark Pulich and Linda Halioua .  In 2019 Chef Mark retired from the Venetian to focus on Catering and in 2025 opened the Roasted Clove Local Eatery in the meadow brook shopping center in Corpus Christi.  Roasted clove eatery in a REfined dining retaurant with global influece
